This website does not use cookies. Not technical ones, not analytical ones, not profiling ones. We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, heatmaps or any other tracking tool.

Typefaces are self-hosted and images are served from our own domain, so loading a page sends your data to no third party. Because nothing is stored on your device and no behaviour is tracked, no consent banner is required.

Server logs

Like every web server, our hosting provider automatically records technical data when a page is requested: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of the request, and the page requested. This happens for every website on the internet and is technically unavoidable.

Purpose Delivering the site, keeping it secure, detecting abuse and diagnosing faults.
Legal basis Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention These logs are kept for a short technical period by our host and are not used to identify or profile individual visitors.

Email correspondence

If you contact us at info@asprostd.it, we process the data you choose to send — typically your name, email address and the content of your message.

Purpose Replying to you and, where relevant, discussing a possible project.
Legal basis Pre-contractual measures taken at your request — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting working relationship, and thereafter for the period required by law.

We collect nothing else. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no account and no payment on this site.

Your data is never sold, rented or traded. It may be handled on our behalf by the suppliers who make the site and our email work — our hosting provider and our email provider — acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

Some of these suppliers may store or process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the appropriate safeguards required under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

This site links out to third-party platforms — among them Instagram, Behance, Spotify, MyFonts and Fontspring — and offers links to share articles on social networks. These are ordinary links: they load nothing and set nothing until you click them.

Once you follow one, you leave this site and the privacy policy of that platform applies. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, how those platforms treat your data.

Under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR you have the right to obtain access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@asprostd.it. We will reply within one month.

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of the EU country where you live.

In compliance with the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), please note that some creative projects and product mockups showcased on this website integrate elements generated or enhanced through artificial intelligence tools.

Where a project includes such elements, we say so in the credits on that project's own page — so the disclosure reaches you where the work is actually shown, and you can tell which projects it applies to.

Everything published here is made under our editorial control and human authorship. AI is one tool among others inside the process — retouching, texture, image processing, picturing a product before it exists — and never the author of the work.

We may update this policy if the site changes — for instance if we introduce a contact form, analytics or online payments. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
